Qualifications :

- Experience in cake decorating or specialized training

- Ability to handle customer complaints, staff issues, or operational challenges effectively.
- Experience with cash registers, point-of-sale software, and handling transactions.

- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, product quality, and customer service.
Responsibility :
- Responsible for recruiting, training, and onboarding new staff, including baristas, servers, cooks, and kitchen staff.
- Decorate cakes according to customer designs and requests
- Develop the latest cake decorating techniques and prepare stock of decoration materials
- Create staff schedules, ensuring the café is adequately staffed during peak and off-peak hours.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring staff are performing their tasks properly and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a professional and efficient manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee both the kitchen and front-of-house operations to maintain smooth service during busy times.
- Prepare and manage the café's budget, ensuring profitability while controlling costs, such as labor, food, and supplies.
- Review daily sales reports and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to meet financial targets.
- Work on strategies to increase business, such as social media marketing, local events, or partnerships with other businesses.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, staffing, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
