Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pool for current and future positions.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening calls.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment with a strong focus on sourcing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of finding hard-to-reach candidates.
  • Proficient in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
