Videographer

What You'll Do:
Capture dynamic, high-quality footage for YouTube, Reels, and TikTok. You'll be responsible for bringing creative visions to life through cinematic storytelling.
You're a fit if you:
- Have strong camera and lighting skills
- Understand framing, composition, and color
- Can direct and shoot both indoor and outdoor setups
- Have experience in studio and on-location shoots
- Prior experience in media or creative production is highly preferred
Video Editor (Long-Form – YouTube)
Hybrid – Jakarta
What You'll Do:
Edit YouTube videos with engaging storytelling, pacing, and visuals that keep viewers hooked from start to finish.
You're a fit if you:
- Have strong editing skills in Premiere Pro or Final Cut
- Understand YouTube pacing, retention, and storytelling
- Can integrate b-roll, music, and effects creatively
- Pay close attention to detail and flow
- Prior experience in YouTube content editing is preferred
Video Editor (Short-Form & Thumbnail)
Hybrid – Jakarta
What You'll Do:
Edit eye-catching, fast-paced content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts — plus design thumbnails that make people click.
You're a fit if you:
- Are fluent in trends and meme culture
- Can edit short-form videos with sharp pacing and transitions
- Have a good sense of design and typography for thumbnails
- Know how to grab attention within the first 3 seconds
- Are familiar with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
