Job Description

Manage the process of pattern creation and development using CAD software.
Operate and oversee CAD systems (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, or equivalent).
Create, develop, and review patterns according to design and buyer specifications.
Supervise the CAD and pattern-making team to ensure targets and timelines are met.
Conduct size grading and marker making to achieve material efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments regarding pattern validation and approval.

Qualifications:

Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Pattern or CAD, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Proficient in CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of pattern making, fitting, grading, and marker making techniques.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and possesses strong communication and leadership skills.
Experienced in handlingjacket and pants styles.
