  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent analytical and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management tools is an advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Align logistics partners with internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and strategic sourcing to build a qualified supplier pool.
  • Lead vendor selection and commercial negotiations, including payment terms, service rates, and customized agreements.
  • Manage supplier onboarding and oversee contract execution.
  • Ensure successful implementation of logistics solutions.
  • Analyze total cost to serve and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Recommend lean logistics designs and efficient supply network models.
  • Evaluate supply chain performance and propose improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement across logistics and supply chain functions.
