QUALIFICATION

- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics principles.
- Proven skills in supplier development, negotiation, and contract management.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and strategic decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management tools is an advantage.
- Identify and assess potential logistics service providers to meet business needs.
- Align logistics partners with internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct market research and strategic sourcing to build a qualified supplier pool.
- Lead vendor selection and commercial negotiations, including payment terms, service rates, and customized agreements.
- Manage supplier onboarding and oversee contract execution.
- Ensure successful implementation of logistics solutions.
- Analyze total cost to serve and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Recommend lean logistics designs and efficient supply network models.
- Evaluate supply chain performance and propose improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement across logistics and supply chain functions.
