Job Description

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, including in-house staff and BPO vendor teams. Foster a strong team culture, set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct performance reviews to drive engagement and results.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across Listings, Video Content, and Livestream moderation. Ensure all content meets platform guidelines, community standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the MY team to align on local priorities, market trends, and user expectations. Collaborate to localize global standards, resolve escalations, and drive shared initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR and relevant stakeholders to identify hiring needs, participate in recruitment processes, and onboard new team members to build a strong and capable operations team.
  • Implement strong review and enforcement mechanisms to ensure accurate, high-quality listings and engaging, policy-compliant livestream and video content.
  • Identify operational pain points and design scalable, data-driven solutions to increase efficiency, accuracy, and throughput across content operations.
  • Proactively monitor and escalate platform risks, including regulatory compliance, public sentiment issues, and viral content cases.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading a content moderation, platform QC, or operations team (preferably in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital content platforms).
  • Familiarity with content policy enforcement, trust & safety, or marketplace operations is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to track performance, identify trends, and support team members in achieving both productivity and quality KPIs.
  • Ability to develop structured performance reports and present insights to senior management.
  • Experience managing a high-performance team, including in-house staff and third-party vendors.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both verbal and written) to engage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
