Job Description

  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies across digital, social media, and traditional channels to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Manage the end-to-end influencer/KOL marketing process, including selection, briefing, relationship management, and performance review.
  • Ensure brand consistency and appeal across all campaigns, content, and touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute brand initiatives such as events, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
  • Drive influencer/KOL seeding strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to achieve team goals.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve performance targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and explore innovative marketing approaches.
  • Take on additional projects or responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of proven work experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Tik Tok / Instagram)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable with 1 Year contract (renewable or convertible to permanent)
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Has passion in the beauty industry
