Position: HRIS & Analytics Specialist
Position Purpose
This role acts as the
central owner of Group HRIS infrastructure and people data intelligence
, ensuring that all HR technology, data processing, and analytics across
three business entities
(P2P fintech, multifinance, and collection services) are
standardized, integrated, secure, and business-driven
. The position ensures that
leadership teams and HRBPs receive accurate, real-time workforce insights
to support decision-making, productivity monitoring, and cost governance. This role will directly contribute to
improved data accuracy, HR service SLA discipline, and real-time workforce intelligence
across all business units —
reducing manual effort, minimizing compliance risk, and enabling leadership teams to make faster headcount and cost decisions.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Administration & System Governance (25%)
- Own and administer Group HRIS platform (e.g.,
Talenta
) — including
organization structure mapping, role permissioning, workflows, and data process configuration
for all business entities nationwide. - Maintain highest
data accuracy standards
, running periodic
audit logs, validation checks, and batch corrections
for HC master data, cost centers, attendance records, and organizational mapping. - Manage user access control and cybersecurity settings
, including backup routines, audit trails, and data privacy according to internal policy and regulatory standards (OJK, ISO, PDPA readiness).
Analytics, Dashboards & Business Insights (15%)
- Design and maintain executive dashboards
covering
headcount, attrition trends, attendance compliance, manpower cost ratio, productivity per headcount
, and
branch performance heatmaps
. - Prepare
Monthly Business Review (MBR) data packs
for CHRO/CEO review, ensuring
data visualization supports business narrative and decision-making
. - Build
automated reporting scripts and query-based extraction
to reduce manual reporting dependencies. - Perform
ad-hoc workforce analytics
including
turnover root-cause deep dives, productivity index tracking, overtime cost burn-out monitoring
, and workforce forecasting.
Integration & System Enhancement (30%)
- Integrate HRIS with
E-Sign, biometric attendance devices, payroll/export formats, and internal financial systems
to ensure workflow continuity. - Identify process gaps and optimize
approval flows, onboarding/offboarding workflows, performance module configuration
, and digital form adoption. - Serve as
bridge between HRBP, HR Operations, Payroll, and C&B teams and external HRIS vendor
, translating functional needs into
system enhancement requirements
.
User Enablement & Internal Support (30%)
- Develop
user guides, FAQs, video snippets, and process documentation
to ensure self-service adoption. - Conduct
training sessions for HR teams, branch admins, and line managers
to standardize usage discipline across all operating cities. - Manage
incident/ticket resolution
via vendor coordination and escalate issues based on SLAs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
in
Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or equivalent HRIS specialization experience
. - 3–5+ years of hands-on HRIS / HR Analytics experience
in multi-entity or high-volume workforce environment (fintech, banking, multi-finance preferred). - Proficient in
Excel & BI analytics (Pivot, PowerQuery, DAX, Looker/Tableau/PowerBI familiarity)
;
basic SQL or Python
for data extraction/manipulation is an advantage. - Strong understanding of
data governance, validation logic, exception handling, and master data integrity discipline
. - Process improvement mindset
; able to translate HR operational requirements into
system logic, automation, and digital workflows
. - Demonstrated experience in
vendor management, requirement documentation, and stakeholder alignment
. - High awareness of
data privacy, security protocols, and role-based access governance
