Job Description
- Responsible for partner sales targets in accordance with the area
- Make 5 POS visits every day
- Ensuring the program in its area runs well and sales targets can be met
- Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues
- Monitoring the daily activities of field teams at partners
- Conducting field team training and refreshment training with partners (offline/online)
Qualifications
- Have a minimumbachelor'sdegree in any major or at least have a minimum of 1 years experience as a supervisor in the smartphone and electronics retail industry
- Has a strong network in the retail industry
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work with a high degree of mobility
- Able to maintain a good relationship with the sales force of the client

Role Overview
The
Area Sales Manager
will be responsible for leading
regional sales operations and offline market expansion
, ensuring strong commercial performance and visibility within the assigned area.
This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can balance
sales execution, team development, and distributor management
, while maintaining close collaboration with both local and expatriate stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines

with strong field leadership and agility in fast-paced FMCG environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage
sales, coverage, and distribution performance
across the assigned region. - Drive
offline channel expansion and visibility
, ensuring sustainable sell-in and sell-out growth across GT, MT, and other retail channels. - Build and maintain strong partnerships with
distributors, sub-distributors, and key trade partners
to achieve business targets. - Collaborate with
trade marketing, finance, and supply chain
to ensure smooth operational execution. - Provide accurate and timely
sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights
to support business decisions. - Lead, coach, and develop
sales teams

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
in Business, Management, or a related field. - Min. 3 years of experience
in FMCG managerial sales role. - Proven success in

. - Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in
English and Bahasa Indonesia
, both written and spoken. - Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging
expatriate leaders
. - Highly adaptable and results-oriented, thriving in
fast-paced FMCG environments
. - Willingness to
travel frequently
to manage regional operations.
