Job Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Officer located in Semarang, Indonesia. The Account Officer will be responsible for managing daily accounts, building relationship with debtors/potential debtors, providing customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Qualification

  • Fresh graduate/maximum 2 years experience in related position in financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Strong eagerness in building relationship
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Can make reporting in English
