Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise field teams, including supervisors, merchandisers, or 3rd-party manpower (if applicable)
  • Drive sell-out performance from key retailers, ensuring monthly offtake targets are achieved
  • Monitor and improve on-shelf availability, planogram compliance, and promotion execution
  • Analyze POS and sell-out data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities
  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to align execution plans
  • Monitor team KPIs and performance metrics including:

1.
Outlet coverage

2.  Route efficiency

3.  Sales vs targets

  • Conduct regular market visits to audit execution and gather competitor intelligence
  • Support rollouts of trade programs, promotions, and new product launches
  • Lead daily or weekly performance reviews with field teams and key stakeholders
  • Maintain high field compliance with execution standards (pricing, merchandising, hygiene, etc.)

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Min. 5 years' experience in FMCG Industry/Sales/Trade Marketing/Operations, with 3 years in managerial role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data/reporting tools
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills
  • Familiar with retail operations and merchandising standards
  • Willing to travel regularly for market visits
  • Proficient in MS Office; BI tools experience is a plus
