Job Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining technical aspects to make the project running smoothly.
Interpreting a project and the client's requirements and evaluating all the options to identify potential solutions.
Create and breakdown project features and stories, liaise with users and internal team.
Examining existing business models and flows of data, discussing findings with the client, and evaluating system specifications for business requirements .
Responsible for the design, modification, and analysis of different systems.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation & technical documentation.

Job Requirements

Min 2 years experience as a system analyst or similar role
Has the ability to communicate technical information and ideas clearly to non-technical people.
Experience with project management and agile method.
Experience with UML/BPMN flowchart and also project tools system (such as Jira, Trello, Ms. Azzure DevOps, Draw io, Figma).
Experience with UX process Discover, Explore, Test and Listen.
Experience with software development & documentation is a plus.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are (both in English and Bahasa)
Willing to working onsite - Jakarta.
