Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries via call, email, chat, and WhatsApp, providing product and service information.
- Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service to meet quality standards.
- Maintain ownership of customer tickets, ensuring proper follow-ups with relevant departments.
- Coordinate with multi-department to solve customer's issue.
Requirements:
- Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
