Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries via call, email, chat, and WhatsApp, providing product and service information.
  • Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to meet quality standards.
  • Maintain ownership of customer tickets, ensuring proper follow-ups with relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with multi-department to solve customer's issue.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
