Job Description:
- Provide daily technical support for IT operations and end-users.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Assist in IT asset management and system documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors or higher level IT teams for issue escalation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (min. GPA 3.00).
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts if required.
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
