Job Description:

  • Provide daily technical support for IT operations and end-users.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
  • Assist in IT asset management and system documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors or higher level IT teams for issue escalation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (min. GPA 3.00).
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shifts if required.
  • Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
