This Sales Operations Administrator role challenges you to scale up our sales operations. You will be directly responsible for B2B data integrity and workflow optimization. Your contribution will directly determine how fast our Sales team hits its targets. We promise, this is a role full of challenges and growth opportunities

Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain B2B client database accurately and systematically
  • Send reminders and track sales follow-ups with prospects and clients
  • Assist in coordinating and checking preparations for client training (venue, materials, attendance, etc.)
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors for sales operational needs
  • Recap and validate invoices from the sales team
  • Process and organize team reimbursement documents
  • Create periodic sales activity reports
  • Provide other administrative support for smooth sales operations

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales admin/operations (fresh graduates with strong attitude will be considered)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in managing data
  • Able to work with tight deadlines and multitask
  • Communicative and responsive
  • Honest, responsible, and trustworthy
  • Ready to work fast and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proactive with initiative for system improvements
  • Willing to learn and use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for work efficiency (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Trial period contract
Contract length: 12 months

  • S1 (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
