Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to teachers from the provided database.
  • Inform and invite teachers to attend an online socialization session for the company's products.
  • Register contacted teachers and confirm their attendance for the socialization event.
  • Accurately update data and contact status in the database.
  • Compile daily/periodic reports on call activities and progress toward targets.

Status: Freelance (Contract)

Location: Onsite at Ventura Building, Cilandak, South Jakarta.

Working Hours: 10.00 AM PM (Monday - Friday).

Requirements
  • Minimum education of High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience as a Tele Sales, Telemarketer, or Customer Service representative is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; clear and persuasive.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible for work results and data accuracy.
  • Proficient in computer operation and basic applications (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google Sheets).
  • Must have and bring a personal laptop for work.
  • Must have an active personal email address.
