About the Role
As a
Learning & Employer Branding Officer
, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience — from developing engaging learning programs to building a strong employer brand that attracts and retains top talent.
You'll collaborate closely with HR teams and business leaders to ensure our people continuously grow, while our brand culture shines inside and outside the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Design, coordinate, and implement employee learning programs (technical, leadership, and soft skills).
- Manage the annual training calendar and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain employee development records.
- Support career development initiatives and internal knowledge-sharing programs.
Employer Branding & Engagement
- Develop and execute employer branding campaigns through social media and internal channels.
- Create compelling content (stories, photos, videos) to showcase company culture and employee experiences.
- Organize employee engagement and company culture activities (e.g., town hall, employee appreciation events, and internal campaigns).
- Collaborate with universities, job fairs, and digital platforms to strengthen Graha Trans's image as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Communications, HR Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in
Learning & Development
or
Employer Branding / HR Communications
. - Creative thinker with strong project management and communication skills.
- Passionate about people, learning culture, and storytelling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, or basic content creation tools (bonus point if familiar with social media analytics).
