Requirement :
1.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree from Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Interior Design.
2.Have at least 5 years hands on experience in planning and overseeing overall functions of Materials management as per bill of material in - Interior Construction & MEP Industry entailing Vendor Development, Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, Contracts etc.
3.Proficient in reading shop drawings or construction drawings
4.Knowledge in Supply Chain Process
5.Proficient in SAP is an advantage
6.Proactive, strong problem solving skills and attention to detail are essential
7.Honest and good attitude to work in challenging environment
8.Good communication and excellent in negotiation skills
9.Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
10.Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
