Job Overview: Developing the planning, implementation, and supervision of strategic IT projects using cost and resources effectively and efficiently to support the smooth operation and business activities of the institution.
Job Description:
- Formulate, evaluate, and analyze proposed strategies, work plans, and budgets for the implementation of application development initiatives and business and institutional support systems.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders and IT initiative proposing units in preparing business requirement documents for planning the development of institutional core applications and systems.
- Manage and coordinate all information system projects to ensure they are executed according to the established schedule and budget.
- Monitor the implementation of IT system development to ensure alignment with institutional needs, following the predetermined schedule and budget.
- Prepare and conduct testing of applications developed to ensure the output meets the designed specifications and defined requirements.
- Ensure the achievement of individual performance targets.
- Ensure that all IT operational activities adhere to applicable good corporate governance principles.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum graduate from any reputable university. Post-graduation will be an advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in the IT field and/or has served as an executive in at least two different units.
- Have good knowledge and understanding of: LPEI Products & Operation, Information Systems and Technology, Risk Management, and Project Management.
- Holds Sespibank (Bank Executive Education Program) and Risk Management certification.
