Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Production on maintenance schedules, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Perform and oversee maintenance, repair, and machine program adjustments.
- Support new machine setup, commissioning, and maintenance data preparation.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and propose machine modifications.
- Provide recommendations on facility improvements and spare part procurement.
- Assist R&D in trials and prepare regular activity reports.
- Propose manpower needs for the section.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong knowledge of confectionery production machines (Dissolver, Cooker, Stamping, Cooling Conveyor, Wrapper, Carton Sealer, Printer, etc.).
- Proficient in Maintenance Management Systems, Maintenance Scheduling, and TPM.
- Solid understanding of Electrical Systems, PLC, Servo, and Mechatronics.
- Skilled in Troubleshooting, Automation, and Problem Solving.
- Ability to use CAD Drawing software, Microsoft Office, and Data Analysis tools.
- Strong report writing and documentation skills.
