We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in human resource management with at least three years of professional experience, preferably in the construction or contractor industry. This role requires an individual who is well-versed in Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, and HR best practices, and who can effectively manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance. The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting both site and head office operations, ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently and in accordance with company standards. The successful candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating closely with project managers and management teams to foster a professional, compliant, and positive working environment.
