About the Role

Popsiikle, a fast-growing beauty distributor under Plugo, is looking for a
Beauty Sales & Merchandising Specialist
to drive sales growth across
reseller networks, B2B channels, and offline retail partners
.This role is all about
expanding and maintaining strong relationships with resellers and retailers
, ensuring the right sales strategy, and executing
visual merchandising initiatives
that bring our brands to life on the shelf. You'll play a central role in strengthening Popsiikle's presence both online (through resellers) and offline (modern trade & specialty stores).

Key Responsibilities

Reseller & B2B Sales

  • Recruit and onboard new resellers through beauty communities, jastip sellers, micro-KOLs, and niche networks.
  • Maintain and grow existing reseller partnerships, ensuring repeat orders and sales growth.
  • Design and implement reseller incentive programs, tiered discounts, and recognition schemes.
  • Provide digital sales kits (product photos, captions, USPs) to help resellers sell effectively.

Offline Retail & Merchandising

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with offline partners (Watsons, Lotte Mart, Sociolla, K-Life, etc.).
  • Coordinate listings, stock replenishment, and purchase orders with retail accounts.
  • Plan and execute
    visual merchandising assets
    : shelf talkers, backwalls, testers, in-store signage, seasonal displays.
  • Support in-store marketing activities such as BA training, sampling, or pop-up activations.
  • Track and ensure compliance with agreed merchandising guidelines.

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly sales reports with insights on both reseller and retail performance.
  • Monitor sell-through, identify gaps, and propose action plans to drive results.
  • Work with business development to open new retail doors and expand the reseller base.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in
    B2B sales, merchandising, or retail account management
    , preferably in beauty or FMCG.
  • Proven experience in
    seller acquisition and retention
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    visual merchandising and retail execution
    .
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, with a track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Passionate about beauty and up-to-date on consumer behavior and industry trends.
