Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer (Distributor, Dealer) on assigned area.
- Conduct data analysis and segmentation to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors and to develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Set up, organize and maintain customer (Distributor, Dealer) activity and create activities that can increase market share.
- Handling customer complain, and feedback in timely and disciplined manner.
- Know how to developing business and able to set business plan in working area.
Qualifications
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in all fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role. Experience in B2B and from power tool/hand tools industry will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skill and negotiation ability.
- High level of driver, ambition, and sense of ownership.
- High entrepreneurial drive and proactive.
- Willing to do business trip.
