Job Overview
Borneo Pasifik Global (BPG) is a holding company with several subsidiaries across multiple industries. This position will be placed in our subsidiary operating in trucking services and shipping management, supporting the Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager in daily operations and financial reporting.
Qualifications- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics .
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, including 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Experience in logistics, trucking, or shipping industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian taxation .
- Proficient in Accurate and Microsoft Excel .
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Integrity, teamwork, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Support the Manager in overseeing finance, accounting, and tax operations.
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation, cash flow monitoring, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws, PSAK, and IFRS.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Maintain accuracy in Accurate and Excel-based financial data.
- Supervise accounting and tax staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy in daily work.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
