What you'll be doing :

Implement, monitor, and ensure compliance with company HSE policies and government regulations.
Develop, review, and update HSE procedures including CSMS documentation.
Conduct HSE induction, training, and safety campaigns for employees and contractors.
Perform risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits on site activities.
Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure contractors comply with CSMS requirements throughout project/work execution.
Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation for internal and external use.

What we're looking for :

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as HSE Officer in manufacturing or Garment manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in CSMS implementation.
Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing is a must.
Familiar with HSE regulations (K3, SMK3, ISO 45001, CSMS).
Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders.
Willing to be placed in Jepara, Central Java.
