Sales Representative – Equipment / Service

Requirements
  • Minimum D3 in All Major, Engineering, or Sales Representative major.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Freshgraduates (External Candidates). / Heavy Equipment. / Mechanic (Internal Candidates). / Salesman (External Candidates). / Service. / Equipment Management Analyst (Internal Candidates). / Technician (Internal Candidates). / Warehouseman (Internal Candidates). / Working Experience.
Responsibilities
  • Handle commercial negotiation with customers, including price, terms, conditions, and warranty claim disputes.
  • Respond to inquiries/requests on customers’ product support needs, coordinating with Parts, Service, and EM division.
  • Gather, assess, prioritize, and follow up on leads (incl. from OLGA) and convert those leads to sales.
  • Inform Sales Manager/Supervisor on changes to customers’ machine location and maintenance plan.
  • Raise forecast for committed demand stocking based on customers’ needs.
  • Resolve AR disputes (e.g., due to documentation issues) for transactions at the branch.
  • Inspect equipment, create visit reports, and update customer MEP database.
  • Develop customer visit plan, visit customers face‑to‑face at branch, and build relationships with decision‑makers to understand their needs and business goals.
  • Ensure committed demand forecast is accurate and changes to forecast are communicated.
  • Ensure accuracy of sales documents (e.g., PO) and follow up with customers to resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure standardized treatments and offerings across accounts.
  • Manage customer transaction journey from lead‑to‑cash (e.g., receiving PO, giving customers updates on order status).
  • Ensure achievement of PS sales target and manage relationship with the assigned accounts.
Lubricants / FMCG Sales Manager

Role Summary & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key outlets (market visit).
  • Ensure implementation of marketing offers on assigned territory.
  • Lead and monitor demand generation activities (Trade meets / Market storming).
  • Drive retailer/IWS network expansion, throughput, product mix, and realization.
  • DSR productivity monitoring and coaching (market coverage, PJP).
  • Collaborate within EM and align with distributor.
  • Drive adoption of digital tools (SFADMS, CB/ITP, DMS).
  • Monthly sales performance tracking vs DBP (collaboration with DB).
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in lubricants or FMCG industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience in building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant areas such as distribution and sales operations is desirable.
  • Have a valid Driver License (SIM A).
  • Aggressive and result‑oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targets and push market boundaries.
  • Track record as a brand launcher, successfully introducing and growing new products in competitive markets.
  • Experience in identifying, evaluating, or executing business acquisition opportunities is a plus.
