Qualifications
- Lead and manage the company's export sales operations, for end-to-end export activities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate and expand in China and Taiwan markets.
- Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients.
- Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities for export growth.
- Ensure export operations comply with international trade regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, operations) to support seamless export processes.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sales, with proven exposure to China/Taiwan market.
- Strong strategic sales skills, able to go beyond selling and create impactful market penetration strategies.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) — proficiency in mandarin will be a plus
- Candidates from various industry backgrounds; experience in F&B, retail, or manufacturing will be a strong advantage.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel abroad.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
