About the role
As the Themepark Operational Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our thrilling West Java-based themepark, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our visitors. This is a contract-based position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and guest satisfaction of the themepark
- Managing and coordinating the various teams responsible for ride operations, maintenance, guest services, and safety
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all themepark facilities and equipment
- Analysing performance data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment for all themepark staff
- Liaising with senior management to report on operational performance and make strategic recommendations
What we're looking for
- Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in managing the operations of a large-scale themepark or similar entertainment venue
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- A deep understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry, with a keen eye for detail and guest experience
- Proficiency in project management, budget planning, and financial reporting
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in hospitality, tourism, or a related field
