Responsibilities:

- Facilitate engaging, interactive, and practical learning experiences for employees at various levels.
- Manage classroom dynamics, ensure active participation, and adapt delivery methods based on audience needs.
- Serve as a role model for company values and a positive learning culture.
- Prepare comprehensive training reports and improvement recommendations for management.
- Development and Innovation with training trends and learning technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Communication, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer, Learning Specialist.
- Have Certification of Training of Trainer (TOT) or Certified Corporate Trainer certification is an advantage.
- Passionate to develop people.
- Have a great mindset so can help others too.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to engage and motivate participants across various organizational levels.
