Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Communication, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer, Learning Specialist.
  • Have Certification of Training of Trainer (TOT) or Certified Corporate Trainer certification is an advantage.
  • Passionate to develop people.
  • Have a great mindset so can help others too.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to engage and motivate participants across various organizational levels.
  • Professional, high integrity, results-oriented, innovative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and identify learning gaps.
