The Senior Finance Manager reports to the Senior Management Team and leads a team of 3 to manage the entire Finance, Accounting, and Taxation function of the company.
About The Role:
- Prepare accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and statutory reporting
- Develop, implement, and maintain project accounting to ensure accurate cost accounting and reporting
- Develop and manage budgets, closely monitoring expenses and revenue.
- Provide financial forecasts to guide decision-making.
- Assess financial risks related to brokerage operations.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and internal controls
- Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage liquidity.
- Ensure timely settlements and fund availability.
- Collaborate with tax consultants to optimize tax planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling.
- Work closely with trading, operations, and compliance teams.
Requirements:
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred.
- 10 years of relevant experience gained in finance, preferably within regulated brokerage or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
