Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interview schedules.
Payroll & Compensation:
Process the monthly payroll accurately and on time, in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee data related to attendance, leaves, deductions, and benefits.
- Handle BPJS Kesehatan (Healthcare) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment) administration, registration, and reporting.
Address and resolve employee queries regarding payroll and compensation.
HR Administration & Daily Operations:
Maintain and update employee records and files (both digital and physical).
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing basic guidance on HR-related matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on recruitment and payroll.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law, payroll systems, and BPJS administration is a must.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment processes and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Glints).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
