The Company:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 01 Sales Manager and 01 Spare Part Sales Manager to lead our Plastic Injection sales activities.

Responsible for whole Taiwan sales and markeing activity, including market analysis, make and execute sales strategy, define target industry and application, technical consulting providing, daily customer visit and training, customer order and project management, after sales problem coordination, communication with oversea and MENA Campus expert, realize the continuous sales growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights
