The Project Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth execution of projects. This role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, facilitating communication, and assisting the project team with day-to-day operational needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers in preparing project plans, schedules, and reports
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and filing systems
  • Assist in monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and information flow
  • Track budgets, invoices, and procurement requests related to project activities
  • Help identify issues or delays and escalate them to the project team for resolution
  • Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and project governance standards

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in project administration or project support roles (experience in telecommunication projects is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
