Organization Development Lead is responsible for leading and enhancing the company's organizational and performance management systems, including structure design, competency framework, and KPI formulation aligned with the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach.
This role plays a key part in ensuring that the company's organizational development and performance management initiatives align with strategic goals and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement strategic Organization Development initiatives based on company needs and priorities.
- Manage and oversee the development of organizational structures, roles, and job evaluations.
- Design and implement performance management systems, including KPI setting and monitoring using the Balanced Scorecard method.
- Collaborate with related departments to ensure consistency and alignment in HR and organizational processes.
- Support leadership in managing change initiatives and driving a performance-based culture.
- Develop and maintain related policies, SOPs, and documentation for OD and Performance Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related Human Resources field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Organization Development, HR Strategy, or Performance Management with proven experience leading key initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and KPI design processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.
