We are for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategies and ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. This role requires a strong background in psychological assessment, advanced sourcing techniques, and proven expertise in executive search or headhunting. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on practitioner who can build strong talent pipelines while driving employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from workforce planning and job profiling to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high‑caliber candidates for key roles.
  • Utilize psychological assessment tools and methodologies to ensure candidate‑job fit and support objective hiring decisions.
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and provide consultative recruitment support.
  • Drive headhunting and executive search activities, especially for senior‑level and niche positions.
  • Enhance the company's employer brand to position the organization as an employer of choice in the market.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement of hiring effectiveness.
  • Manage and mentor recruitment team members to build strong capabilities within the function.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management (Master degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 4 years experience in talent acquisition, with at least part of the career spent in a headhunting or executive search consultancy.
  • Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience in psychological assessment tools and recruitment methodologies.
  • Strong network and proven ability to headhunt for senior, critical, niche, and specialized roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and strategic foresight.
  • Willing to be based in Surabaya.
