Are you our next Senior Manager of Digital Marketing Operations?

We are seeking a
Senior Manager of Digital Marketing Operations

to
own and optimise

our end-to-end marketing operations for the Australian market. This role will focus on building scalable processes, driving digital performance, managing our marketing systems, and strengthening collaboration across marketing, sales, and customer support. You will work closely with the CEO and Country Manager to ensure that our digital marketing process is efficient, data-driven, and aligned with business growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Digital Marketing Operations:

Design, implement, and optimise marketing, sales, and customer success operations. Manage our CRM  (Active Campaign and bespoke software) and associated systems, define outreach strategies, monitor performance metrics, and report insights to the CEO and Country Manager.
- Process Setup & Team Collaboration:

Establish standardised marketing processes and reporting systems to improve efficiency. Enhance collaboration between marketing, sales, and customer support. Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a proactive and accountable culture.
- Content & Digital Marketing:

Oversee the development of marketing content, including online advertising, email campaigns, social media, and internal communications. Manage digital presence, including website content, SEO, and paid media campaigns. Collaborate with agency partners to optimise online advertising performance.
- Data, Forecasting & Reporting:

Develop go-to-market metrics and dashboards, build scalable revenue models, track key performance indicators, and deliver accurate reporting to support revenue planning and forecasting.
- Strategic Planning & Enablement:

Support the CEO with strategic planning, optimise the sales and marketing tech stack, evaluate emerging tools, and develop playbooks and onboarding resources to ensure growth targets are met.
- Team Leadership:

Recruit and develop a lean, results-oriented marketing team who may be employees or contracts from anywhere on the planet. Initially, you will be hands-on, performing the majority of the work, transitioning responsibilities to your team over time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 7-10+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in accounting, financial services, SaaS, professional services, B2B, or technology sectors.
  • Strong background in tech and services marketing, social media, software (including AI tools), and campaign management.
  • Proven ability to build processes and marketing funnels, lead teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English is very important.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social platforms, and agency collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
