Senior Programmer Simulator (Subject Matter Expert)
to lead the design, development, and optimization of testing simulators that ensure system reliability and performance for our enterprise clients in the
banking sector
.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in
  Computer Science, Information Technology
  , or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience
  as a Programmer or Software Engineer focusing on
  simulation
  or
  system testing
  .
• Strong proficiency in
  C++, Java, or Python
  .
• Experience with
  simulation frameworks, test automation
  , or
  system modeling
  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in
  Bahasa Indonesia and English
  .
• Background in
  financial or mission-critical systems
  is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the
  development and maintenance
  of testing simulators.
• Perform
  design and code reviews
  to ensure high code quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot
  complex technical issues
  in simulator performance and functionality.
• Review and validate
  test scenarios and simulation parameters
  .
• Collaborate with
  development and QA teams
  to define simulation-based testing strategies.
• Provide
  technical insights and recommendations
  for continuous improvement.
