Office Hospitality Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in managing household needs, office facility maintenance, and guest services.
  • Proven experience in handling executive travel arrangements, especially international trips (visa, tickets, accommodation, itinerary).
  • Strong coordination skills with vendors, service providers, and supporting staff.
  • Excellent communication skills, service-oriented, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Flexible working hours and ability to work under pressure.
  • Preferably hold a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel if required.
Hospitality & Services Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 segala jurusan.
  • Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang Hospitality/Banquet/House Keeping.
  • Berpengalaman mengelola fasilitas di high rise building lebih diutamakan.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan tentang housekeeping & F&B basic service.
  • Memiliki pengalaman mengelola banquet & event.
  • Mampu mengoperasikan mesin kopi modern (manual brew, espresso machine, dll) menjadi nilai plus.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan leadership yang baik.
  • Teliti, sigap, berorientasi pada detail, serta terbiasa bekerja dengan standar tinggi.
  • Fleksibel dan siap menangani kebutuhan owner secara profesional.
