Office Hospitality Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in managing household needs, office facility maintenance, and guest services.
- Proven experience in handling executive travel arrangements, especially international trips (visa, tickets, accommodation, itinerary).
- Strong coordination skills with vendors, service providers, and supporting staff.
- Excellent communication skills, service-oriented, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Flexible working hours and ability to work under pressure.
- Preferably hold a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel if required.
Requirements:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 segala jurusan.
- Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang Hospitality/Banquet/House Keeping.
- Berpengalaman mengelola fasilitas di high rise building lebih diutamakan.
- Memiliki pengetahuan tentang housekeeping & F&B basic service.
- Memiliki pengalaman mengelola banquet & event.
- Mampu mengoperasikan mesin kopi modern (manual brew, espresso machine, dll) menjadi nilai plus.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan leadership yang baik.
- Teliti, sigap, berorientasi pada detail, serta terbiasa bekerja dengan standar tinggi.
- Fleksibel dan siap menangani kebutuhan owner secara profesional.
