Job Description
Perform the functions of coaching, consulting, to sanction if deemed necessary for the HR of the HR Division in particular and all employees in general. Propose to the Board Of Directors / Management teams the formulation of general HRD systems, procedures and policies. As a representative of management for HR related matters both internal and external. Evaluate the performance of all employees of the HR Division. Perform additional duties of the board of Directors / Management team which is still within the limits of relevant competence. Able to perform tasks assigned at any time as needed.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Male / Female with maximum age 40 years old
- Minimum 2 years experiences
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS)
- English simple conversation, Mandarin as an advantage
- Can work under minimum supervision
