Lead the Marketing team to boost the exposure and raise the awareness of company brand.
Directly responsible for developing and implementing marketing communications programs that will result in generating sales leads to grow the customers’ base.
Develop & maintain a multimedia presentation kit to support the sales force in conducting professional presentations.
Maintain an updated competitor information and analysis database.
Manage the Marketing budget, control expenditure and report on a monthly basis.
Track and report on all marketing activities undertaken on a monthly basis.
Provide regular, high quality communications to existing, potential and internal customers.
Develop and implement an advertising/sponsorship policy and develop a measurement tool to assess the ROI .
Requirements- Minimum 3 years (preferably in B2B industry) experience in marketing communication, organizing & leading a marketing collateral production process and new product launch/special events.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communication, Mass Communication or Public Relation.
- Advanced Computer literacy in Microsoft Words and Powerpoint and basic design graphics skills.
- Having good knowledge in advertising, promotion, public relations, media relations, marketing research & marketing intelligence (competitor analysis).
- Strong communications, strong presentation & strong writing skills with basic copy writing skills preferably.
- Proficient in written & spoken English.
- Good interpersonal skill, self‑disciplined & good appearance, mature, highly motivated, great leadership & proactive.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and to meet many projects deadline in the same time.
- Willing to work during some weekends for some special events/sponsorships/ projects to be arranged & attended.
