About the role
We are seeking a talented UPS & CCTV Engineer to join our team at PT ASIA MEGATAMA SEJAHTERA' in Cisauk, Banten. This is a contract role that will involve providing expert technical support and maintenance for our uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our critical infrastructure.
What you'll be doing
- Performing regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of UPS and CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with UPS and CCTV equipment, and implementing appropriate corrective actions
- Coordinating with external vendors and service providers for the procurement of parts and the execution of major repairs or upgrades
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all UPS and CCTV system activities, including maintenance schedules, incident reports, and performance data
- Providing technical support and training to end-users on the proper operation and care of UPS and CCTV equipment
- Collaborating with the broader engineering team to identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS and CCTV systems
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards and best practices for the handling and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional stakeholders
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to your work, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
