Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement structured sales training modules tailored to logistics and express delivery services.
  • Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions for new and existing sales staff.
  • Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with Sales Leaders and HR.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance data.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure training reflects business updates and service innovation.
  • Coach individual sales team members as needed to improve performance and sales techniques.
  • Support onboarding processes for new sales hires to ensure smooth integration and quick ramp-up.
  • Continuously refine training content based on market trends, competitor analysis, and sales field feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales training
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with analytical mindset and a passion for developing talent.
