Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement structured sales training modules tailored to logistics and express delivery services.
- Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions for new and existing sales staff.
- Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with Sales Leaders and HR.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance data.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure training reflects business updates and service innovation.
- Coach individual sales team members as needed to improve performance and sales techniques.
- Support onboarding processes for new sales hires to ensure smooth integration and quick ramp-up.
- Continuously refine training content based on market trends, competitor analysis, and sales field feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales training
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with analytical mindset and a passion for developing talent.
