- Arrange Management Meetings between the Executive and Department Heads.
- Coordinate the Southeast Asia Leaders' regular Fellowship and Business Meetings.
- Schedule the Executive's meetings with internal foundation teams and external partners.
- Follow up on meeting outcomes and action items.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company documents and sensitive information.
- Handle official correspondence.
- Send calendar reminders for the Executive one week before, one day before, and 10 minutes before each meeting, and provide updated schedules.
- Prepare Cash Advances for Petty Cash requests and compile usage reports.
- Draft the Executive's Travel Budget Request emails.
- Prepare Travel Expense Reports.
- Process reimbursements.
- Prepare the monthly Credit Card report.
- Manage the Executive's office amenities (e.g., stocked refrigerator, cable TV—MNC TV, TV, restroom functionality, tissues, towels, etc.).
