- Preparing, making, and reviewing documents related to the Company's corporate actions such as the establishment of PT, amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, and changes to the Company's data.
- Monitoring licensing of the Company and its subsidiaries
- Making internal memos to units/inter-sections related to corporate actions carried out by the Company
- Administering the Company's documents, including copies, scans and storage of the Company's original documents
- Make and process payments for all costs / invoices incurred related to the Company's corporate actions
- Prepare the Company's monthly report
