We're looking for a Factory New Product Development (NPD) Supervisor to spearhead the crucial transition of our innovative products from R&D into efficient, high-volume factory production.
In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and leading the seamless integration of new product developments into our mass-production processes. A key aspect of your work will involve orchestrating and overseeing trials of new products directly on the factory floor. You'll work collaboratively with our R&D, Engineering, Production Planning, and Production teams to define and optimize production parameters, ensuring a stable and reliable manufacturing process.
Beyond new product introduction, you'll also lead initiatives focused on continuous product quality improvement within the factory, driving excellence and efficiency across our production lines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Degree (Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical or related)
- Proven experience in new product trials within the food/beverage industry.
- Fluency in English is essential, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
- Willingness to be based in Karawang Barat.
