- Strong Analyzing Data (Trens Sales, Forecasting, Demand, Historical, Inventory Stock, etc)
- Synergy to relating departement and engagement partners and contributing to achievement company
- Organizing, reporting, lead and develop operation team
- Bachelor of degree in all majors
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position and have a background in the Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Transportation or Logistics industry
- Experience using SAP Program and Microsoft Excel in level Excellent
- Leadership and Supervisory experience
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
