About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support to the General Manager at PT SUNRISE MASAMI INTERNASIONAL. This full-time position based in Banyuwangi, East Java will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the General Manager's office and supporting the overall objectives of the company.
What you'll be doing 岗位职责:
- Manage the General Manager's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments 管理总经理的日程安排,包括协调会议和预约
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation 安排差旅行程,包括预订机票、酒店及交通工具
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the General Manager 代表总经理准备及校对函件、报告和简报
- Translating job in meeting, visits, and other additional informal talks 协助会议翻译,参观,以及其他非正式沟通中
- Company Operational Support, helping General Manager to update daily operations condition 公司运营支持,协助总经理更新日常工作状况
What we're looking for 任职要求:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment 至少5年担任执行助理(Executive Assistant)经验,具备快节奏企业环境工作经验者优先
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels 具备优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力,能够与各层级利益相关者有效互动
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 拥有出色的组织与时间管理能力,能够合理安排优先事项并按时完成任务
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook)
- Fluency in both Mandarin, English and Bahasa Indonesia 精通中文、英文及印尼语
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team 具备独立工作能力,同时能与团队协作
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information 处理敏感信息时具备高度的保密意识
- Ready to go for business trip 能接受商务出差安排
