Key Responsibilities
● Lead IT infrastructure projects: servers, cloud, networking, data center, virtualization. ● Manage enterprise IT systems to ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery. ● Oversee vendors and service providers, including contracts and SLAs. ● Implement and monitor cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls). ● Manage firewalls, endpoint protection, intrusion detection/prevention, SIEM, and IAM. ● Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, GxP, and CFR Part 11. ● Conduct penetration testing, risk assessments, and security awareness training. ● Oversee IT-OT integration (SCADA, PLC, DCS, MES) and protect OT assets against cyber threats. ● Lead incident response and forensic investigations for IT and OT environments. ● Define and implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans. ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business needs.
Requirements
● Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred). ● 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure & cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. ● Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), and enterprise security tools. ● Experience in IT-OT integration within manufacturing, pharma, or industrial environments. ● Understanding of OT systems and industrial protocols (SCADA, PLC, DCS, MES, Modbus, OPC, Profibus). ● Willing to be based in East Jakarta.
